802.11/b/g

one of our laptop cannot connect to nanostation loco m2

its setting is set to mix b/g/n


while other can connect to the loco

what seems to be the problem

Does the laptop see the loco SSID?
Loco set to manual 20mhz
Laptop supports loco's security type?

yes sir, the laptop can see the SSID. i think the laptop support the security because ive used the same laptop to connect to a NANOSTATION M2

Since other laptops are connecting to the same NS2 loco id dare say airmax is disabled, right?
Make sure PTP is disabled.
Is the laptops MAC listed in the ACL as deny?
Other then that, Enable loco system log and view error's.
