Nanostation firmware recovery

I had a radio come back from the field. The ethernet port does link. I didn't see it on the discovery tool.

I took a reset POE and did a firmware recovery. I did get ICMP echoes from 192.168.1.20. I did a tftp put with 5.4.3 and 5.3.2 (in two separate attempts with the same results). The pings stop right at this point. I wait a few minutes and the ethernet port on my PC goes up and down, waits about 10 seconds and the ethernet port goes up and down once again (rinse repeat) for at least 30 minutes.

Is there any way I can save this radio besides an RMA?

Re: Nanostation firmware recovery

Try 5.3 or 5.2.1, I've had luck a couple of times with those, but don't ask me why.

Re: Nanostation firmware recovery

I tried both of those. Same result - it keeps rebooting.
