firmware upgrade

Hi,

I use an ubiquiti Nanostation Loco M2 with "XS2.ar2316.v3.5.4494.091109.1451" firmware.

It work perfectly but I would upgrade it with new fimware
(XM-v5.5.build12536.bin)

to do it I use the web gui but it doesnt work (when a click on upgrade a obtain an empty page)

I have reset the NSL2 with IP 192.168.1.20 and I can ping it and acces on web gui but not upgrade.

in a second time a have try to send this firmware via TFTP but it's the seem.

Can you help me in this operation ?
thanks

Re: firmware upgrade

Well, it is Sunday where I am. My "products" (beans) are planted and growing on their own now.
My rock picker still needs a little work but I thought I would check the forum before going out and firing up the welder.
Best wishes on your project.
Cheers,
Gene

Your laptop must be on 192.168.1.x subnet in order to see the UBNT radio (which is configured for 192.168.1.20).

Here is a YouTube video to show you how.

I hope this is helpful.

Re: firmware upgrade

Wait, are you SURE it's an M2 and not a loco2?

You said firmware 3.5, which to my knowledge is only for legacy products, not the "M" series.

If so, 4.0.1 would be the newest firmware for you.
