Server taking too long to start...

Hello,
After getting a blue screen on my Vista 64 PC, I could no longer start AirVision. I got only a long wait and the following error "server taking too long to start". I tried re-installing AirVision, clearing browser cache, end java and mongod processes but got no luck.
Below is the mongod log that I got from airvision folder.
