Looks nice and clean, job well done.

What was the reason of the customer vendor to not use VLANs?

I am curious why you used a Unifi and EdgeMax device?

Thanks

Vendor stated HIPA requirements, and he said it would be easier for him to troubleshoot just his equipment.

I'm more familiar with the edge router, plus I was able to use the router's POE for the two access points

Awesome job.

Its crazy we have very strict rules to be PCI compliant for credit cards but HIPA that has more personal information its just meh when it comes to network separation.

I work under HIPAA, there's no rules under it for VLANs.

I setup VLANs for our facilities and it helps a lot in keeping departments from seeing each other, especially the medical and non-medical parts.

I also didn't go for a VoIP VLAN, we have over 50 VoIP devices including a small call center and I didn't see any reason to complicate things with a VoIP VLAN.
