I tried with 3 windows machines. All of them cannot access the router... The windows tray icon says it has no network access.

Did you reset the router to its factory defaults? Quoting the user guide:
To reset to factory defaults, disconnect the Power Adapter from the Powerport. Press and hold the Reset button while connecting the Power Adapter to the Powerport. Keep holding the button until the right LED on port 2 starts flashing and then stops after a few seconds
