ER Pro Device not accessible after power loss

Good day all,

 

I have a ER Pro that isnt booting up... I cannot access it via ethernet and when booted by console this is what I got, any help would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like the filesystem on your ERPro-8 became corrupted:
