EdgeRouter Infinity weird gui issue

Hello. We have the EdgeRouter Infinity v1.10.8. The gui randomly stops showing traffic rate and traffic analysis data. Everything else is working fine. Traffic is flowing and settings can be made within the gui. If I restart the router the dashboard and traffic analysis will start working again. The CPU usage never goes over 5%. Does anyone know what might be going on? The router has 1 WAN, 2VLAN's, DPI enabled, NetFLow enabled.

So how do we get support from UBNT when they are not responding in the forums? I expect a $2,000 router to come with some kind of support. I would really like to use the EdgeRouter Infinity but it's starting to look like I should have gone with a MikroTik.

1. Do you experience same symptoms when login with different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)?
2. Please show output of following shell command - cat /var/log/lighttpd/error.log
3. Do you experience same symptoms if you disable UNMS?

Yes, we experience the same symptoms regardless of browser or computer. The odd thing is it randomly works. I can login and everything will look correct but login an hour later and it will not work correctly. I have also noticed that sometimes when everything is working correctly after a few minutes it will stop updating. 

This same error is logged every few minutes.

Did you install custom WebGUI certificate? Or do you use default one?

From the screenshot I see that UNMS is enabled. Please disable it (System -> UNMS -> remove "enable" checkbox) and then report back whether you still experience same symptoms.

I disabled UNMS, logged out and back in but the symptoms still exist. When I logged in to disable UNMS the gui was refreshing and everything looked correct. I disabled unms and logged out and back in and the gui is not responding correctly. This is the odd behavior where it will be working one minute and not the next.

1. Do you still see those errors when WebGUI is closed?
2. Did you observe this issue before upgrading to v1.10.8?

I have not logged into the webgui today and yes those errors are still showing up. 

I did not used the router prior to v1.10.8

I am having the same problem, using firmware v1.10.8, I disabled UNMS, this same problem has occurred since v1.10.6

sudo /usr/sbin/ubnt-util

Hey, I just tried that and it worked. I'm assuming this is just a temporary fix? Here is the output I received,

sudo /usr/sbin/ubnt-util
ipset v6.23: The set with the given name does not exist
ipset v6.23: The set with the given name does not exist

Did you verify that you have normalized, even presenting errors in the return of the command?

If you have not resolved, try:

sudo /usr/sbin/ubnt-daemon

I have had the gui open since running the command and it is still working correctly.

Did you solve your problem without restarting the device?

Yes. All I have done is run 

sudo /usr/sbin/ubnt-util

 as you suggested. I suspect the problem will show up again as it does randomly start working and will work fine after a reboot.
