/etc/init.d/radvd: line 55: 2850 Segmentation fault

Hello!

Trying to get back my ipv6 setup, but I get this error:

root@ubnt-siol# commit
[ interfaces ethernet eth0 pppoe 0 dhcpv6-pd ]
/etc/init.d/radvd: line 55: 2850 Segmentation fault start-stop-daemon --oknodo --start --pidfile $PIDFILE --exec $DAEMON -- $OPTIONS
Signal daemon restart...

Here is relevant config:

set interfaces ethernet eth0 pppoe 0 dhcpv6-pd pd 0 interface eth2.803 host-address '::1'
set interfaces ethernet eth0 pppoe 0 dhcpv6-pd pd 0 interface eth2.803 prefix-id ':1'
set interfaces ethernet eth0 pppoe 0 dhcpv6-pd pd 0 interface vtun0 host-address '::1'
set interfaces ethernet eth0 pppoe 0 dhcpv6-pd pd 0 interface vtun0 prefix-id ':ff'
set interfaces ethernet eth0 pppoe 0 dhcpv6-pd pd 0 interface vtun0 service slaac
set interfaces ethernet eth0 pppoe 0 dhcpv6-pd pd 0 prefix-length /56
set interfaces ethernet eth0 pppoe 0 dhcpv6-pd rapid-commit enable

root@ubnt-siol:~# show version

HW model: EdgeRouter Lite 3-Port
Uptime: 00:02:38 up 18 min, 1 user, load average: 0.25, 0.20, 0.24

This used to work - even on 1.8.0.

Re: /etc/init.d/radvd: line 55: 2850 Segmentation fault

Unfixed even in 1.9.1.1...

radvd segfaults if more than one interface defined in a PD.

Re: /etc/init.d/radvd: line 55: 2850 Segmentation fault

So far I've seen this crash when using radvd on vtun0 (OpenVPN) interface.

We have updated radvd to the latest upstream version in 1.9.7 alpha builds. I couldn't reproduce the issue there.

If you want to verify that the issue is resolved then you must register in the Beta forum to get access to the alpha builds.

Don't forget to do a full configuration (/config) backup before upgrading to alpha builds!
