Can't access switch via GUI or SSH after reboot - shows up with correct IP in Discovery tool

Had to reboot the switch this morning after a firmware upgrade to 1.7.3 and once the switch rebooted, it lost all LAG config settings and now I can't access the switch either via GUI or SSH. Neither HTTP or HTTPS work for the GUI and SSH connection refused. I ran the discovery tool to make sure the IP address hadn't changed and it is still at the same previously assigned 192.168.100.2 but no access whatsoever.

Any ideas? I would prefer not having to reset the switch and reconfig. The switch responds to pings at that address and an arp -a command does show the switch IP but no luck accessing.

I would recommend having a console cable on hand, it can be quite good in situations like this and they are quite cheap.

Here is the one I use

There are other ones that also work also.
