Wow fi fastweb and ubiquiti

I need to receive a wifi signal from Italian "wow fi fastweb" wifi community. It apparently uses Peap msvchapv2 to authenticate users of the network who provide once their fastweb username and password and can navigate throughout the city using private people's wifi who are fastweb customers.
Which model should support this network?

Are you able to connect with any regular wifi client ( tablet, phone, laptop etc) by just opening a web browser and signing in?

nothing like that, I added a screenshot to make it clearer under Android. You basically connect to a wifi network with ESSID "WOW FI Fastweb" and set the authentication method as PEAP and then the username and password (the identity field seems not required).

From there you can visit any website just like you were connected to your home wifi.

While not having done this myself to test, here is an article of interest using a M series Nanostation.

Skip to the bottom where the station configuration is discussed.

Good luck.
