So we have multiple remote barns connected over an Airmax network with UFV cameras and PCs in each. They've run fine for months/years with very little trouble that wasn't environmental in nature.
Today, 4 of them started freaking out. We finally narrowed it down to barns that were running tough swithches, and when we looked at the device status screen, they had all connected ports except the one to the NanoStation cycling between RSTP Blocking and Learning. There hasn't been any physical change to the network, and no loops we can find, but it starts working fine if we turn of RSTP, but begins to switch back and forth when RSTP is turned back on.
They were spread across several different firmware versions when this started (1.3.3, 1.3.4, 1.3.5) and it doesn't seem to matter which version they're on. Several have been updated now.
I'd really like to be able to keep RSTP on since I wouldn't put it past our users out there to make a loop, but that doesn't appear to be the case her.
Does anyone have any ideas?
