I agree. This would be a much welcomed addition to UCRM. Please consider including this feature.

This would really really really be helpful!!!  Also maybe to add to this Idea, it would be nice if the technicial recieved an email notification when their ticket was updated/changed/modified.

Yes update notifications on ticket updates would be great as well!
