Ticket with No Client

It would be very useful to have the ablility to create tickets without having to link them to a site. More often than not, our issues arise with equipment or the enviroment at a site that impacts multiple clients and not an individual client. If we had the ability to assign them to a site and/or pieces of equipment, that would help greatly with organisation.

Amounts on Invoice Template

WISP's website customizable in UCRM

In UCRM it should be possible to create and customize WISP website accessible for all visitors, customers, potential leads.

 

* It will be a single page

* Editable using wysiwyg editor

* Option to use custom images

* no placeholders will be applicable 

 

* 2 URLs for the company website and for UCRM client-zone

 

This will typically be useful for small WISPs having no company website.

 

 

Job Scheduling Improvements

  • Remove the requirement of an assigned user for a job to be scheduled at a certain time.
    We want our customer service reps to be able to schedule installation appointments for potential customers without having to know which field technician will be performing the installation. The customer service reps don't even know what field technicians will be working on a given day. They don't have every technicians work schedule.
  • Create a seperate "job queue" for every user.
    When creating a job that isn't time sensitive you should be able to assign it to a user, but not schedule a specific time. Then when the user is not working on a scheduled job they could pull up their own job queue and start working on the job in their queue that they deem most important.

Activation, cancellation, cancellation or activation temporary by the client

That the client could active, cancel, active or cancel temporary a service in client area and the request be executed automatically charging a surcharge. This with a email confirmation.

 

This can be valid when someone goes on vacation. The client temporarily deactivates the service and establishes when activated.

 

This save time and resources due to due to an employee doesn't have to manage it.

Dashboard customizable

Weekly and Monthly Prepaid airtime

We currently use a Mikrotik with userman/hotspot to grant users weekly and monthly prepaid services. Can we introduce this to UCRM? At the moment we can use monthly billing, it would be nice if a user would be redirected to the UCRM where they could choose a weekly or monthly package, make their payment, get access for that duration and once their prepaid service expired they would hot the UCRM suspension page again.

Client Zone - Add 'Change Service Plan'

I'd like to see an option for a customer to change service plan for a full billing cycle. We can set what values should be allowed based on residential/commercial accounts. The billing system should be able to pro-rate accordingly if necessary.

Credit Note for Invoice not paid

If a Invoice are not paid and will never been paid, for several reasons, suspende services or client will not pay we need the possibility to made Credit Note

Option to Defer Sending 'Invoice Overdue' Emails

Many of our clients pay us using online bill pay services provided by their bank or brokerage house.  Most of these systems allow the user to set a date on which the payment will be received by us.  UCRM emails reminders to the customers the morning after the due date.  We would like to have these emails sent 2-3 days after the due date so that we can process these bank-generated check payments (postmarked before the due date) and not have to reassure customers that everything is OK.  In Customization / Client Notifications, there is an option to remind earlier:

But this will create more unnecessary client communication, since the client already told their bank's bill pay system to pay us.

 

Please consider adding a setting for 'days after' to the 'Invoice overdue' email trigger.

 

This will create a sequence of {due date} +delay days {email reminder} +delay days {suspend}

Master/Child Accounts

I have customers who have multiple locations and we put them in seperate accounts. But when a new invoice is generated, it places the amount onto the master account to pay for it.

 

This also helps one customer who has a business and a personal account, and is seperated for servicing reasons, but the business pays for it.

Client list ordered per Surname

Actually the client list are ordered only per name

I think it will be very helpful to have the possibility to have the client list ordered also per Surname

 

Also in the serach bar often it's difficult to find a client when you type first ot only the Surname ...

 

With the same name it's possbile to have a lot of clients but with the same surname the possbility are lesser so it's more easy to have a smarter overview of the clients listed per Surname also for the search bar...

 

Resellers menu

Referral System

I had in powercode when I was using it to have a referral discount. This was based on both a recurring discount or one-time, then as well weather it was a set amount or a percentage of their bill.

 

So my current referral program (that no one has acheived), is 4 active referrals and we credit 100% of the internet portion of your bill (so not voip or other services).

 

This also requires tracking on accounts of what other account referred to them.

Recurring Jobs with Reminders

Title says it all. For those engineers with recurring jobs at daily, weekly, monthly, etc. intervals. Schedule once, update each time it needs to be done.

Account Receivable Reports

A/R Reports I would like to see:

 

  • ARPU (Average revenue per user)
  • Collected Surcharges
  • Reports showing a break down of revenue by:
    • service/product
    • payment method
    • as well as various other break downs.

Show outstanding balance on invoice

I've tried the suggestion here:

But both {{ client.accountOutstanding }} and {{ client.accountBalance }} show up as a negative number for me in the latest beta. (%CLIENT_ACCOUNT_OUTSTANDING% is also negative when used in email templates.)

 

Even if {{ client.accountOutstanding }} did show a positive number I'd also need something like {{ client.balanceOverdue }} so I can do the following at the bottom of each invoice:

 

Invoice Balance Due: {{ totals.balanceDue }}

Balance Carried Forward: {{ client.balanceOverdue }}

Total Outstanding: {{ client.accountOutstanding }}

 

So: "Total Outstanding" = "Invoice Balance Due" + "Balance Carried Forward"

 

I suspect this really doesn't belong in the PDF invoice template though. It probably should display this in the HTML as well.

Allow access to port 443 as well as port 80 when customer is suspended.

Right now, the firewall rules setup the blocked users to be able to access port 80 on the UCRM server, but not 443 for https.  Plus, I would like to have the ability to force https, as someone else has also stated.

The reason for this is because although I know how things like stripe payments work in javascript, where they send the information through ssl layer, customers may not know that.  Also, browsers are starting to give warnings about putting certain information in the browser when the page is not secure, so it may cause customers to feel uneasy about paying through the portal.

Map view setting (street map vs satellite)

Google street maps are not very useful where my customers live, but satellite maps are.

 

It would be nice if there was a setting that could trigger the display of satellite view instead of street map view in the various maps views in the CRM.
