Authorize.net Auto-Receipt Not Sending

Hi There -
I run a WISP that has been in operation for about a year. From the beginning, we have integrated UCRM wherever possible. We started out by just using PayPal for all of our payments, which worked fine. However, we have since started using Authorize.net, which seems to be working fine(ish) as well.
Here is my question / scenario: When a customer pays using Authorize.net, the invoice will be automatically (instantly) updated and cleared, but the receipt for the payment (generated from UCRM) does not send automatically. See Below:
This issue only happens for customer who pay using Authorize.net... PayPal customers have their receipts sent automatically.
I have System>Customization>Notification_Settings>Send_payment_receipts_automatically Set to "YES"
As I stated before, customers who use PayPal do not have this issue.
I know this is not a "huge" problem, but it seems like I am missing something here. I like to automate things as much as possible, and this seems like it should be a simple fix on my end.

Did you Enable "Send payment receipts automatically" here https://ucrm-demo.ubnt.com/system/customization/notification-settings
