Customer / Lead Map

Hi Guys,

I'm hoping that we can have a lead & customer map to show where we need to expand services to. Just have different color dots for leads / customers.

Thanks,

Ken M.

Re: Customer / Lead Map

That would be very nice.  Especially if Airlink functionality could be combined with it.  That would eliminate the need for a separate subscription to towercoverage.com.

Exactly. UCRM should help us with an all around experience and "advise" us on what products we should use.

@UBNT-SNK Can we make sure that devs take this into consideration? It's extremely important to visualize where leads/customers are located in order to grow efficiently.

Re: Customer / Lead Map

Hi all,
this task is in our development scope. We will improve the current "Network map" which can be found in the Network main menu section.

Re: Customer / Lead Map

I suspect that UNMS integration is chewing up resources right now, but imagine the power that might come from linking UCRM with Link (nee airLik).
