Huge Gripe with uCRM

Okay, this is getting increasingly annoying, if you click on a ticket and then go over to the ticket and delete it, it does hold your place in line, but if you delete it from with in the list, it resets the list to the top, SOOOO annoying.  Also, please put the tickets in a list with selector boxes for mass actions, like mass delete, or mass change status.  Also, a ticket count for each staff and unassigned tickets would be really helpful.  Furthermore, pleaes make the ticket list sortable, by date, or any subject query.  Also, please make sure the last has an age on it, how man days and hours ago a ticket was submitted.  PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE put these in the next updates.  Shouldn't take but a few hours to add some liste sorting code.

Thanks for your ideas. We got several improvements for Ticketing and Scheduling module enqueued in our scope, some of your ideas were added.

Oh, and please, please, please, add "auto close ticket after ( admin selectable amoung of days ) " so that if there is no reply after a certain amount of time the ticket auto closes.

One other thing, if you could please, please, set so that if you multiple taxes selected, you can click on one particular type of tax and list all the invoices that used, currently used, or have used that tax.  Or, at the very lease, please make it so you can delete taxes if your using it, and assign those that are using that tax to the default tax.
