Trying to set-up our IPpay account in UCRM what is Production URL asking for?

Hello @900mhzdude, UCRM is asking for an URL, that IPPay gives you. Check the Setting up IPPay guide https://ucrm-demo.ubnt.com/help/setting-up-ippay

For testing (when UCRM is in demo mode), you can use the test URL mentioned in the guide. For production you will get this from IPPay.

Hi guys, we just signed up for IPPay today and got our Terminal ID and what not. We are stuck and have no clue where the URL is. They do not make it clear what the URL is from the IP pay side. Does anyone know what I'm missing here? Is the URL hidden or do we need to get in from their support team?

Also, does anyone have inside on how is this UCRM securley connecting to IP pay if we are just giving an URL and a Terminal ID? I find it kind of crazy the authorization does not use any kind of API key or secured method.

Solved this- They sent us the URL afterwards, it did not come with the initial email. I'm still curious about the security on the connection though, if anyone has any insight.

UCRM sends a Token to IPpay URL and Ipay sends a token back to UCRM no credit card data is ever kept on UCRM

@BosCloud Hello, you can basically look at the terminal ID as API key. For more information please contact IPPay directly.
