I've been trying to find where there might be an option to let the client know their credit card failed (normally due to insufficient funds) so they know, and can put funds in for the retry.
Shouldn't this be an option in System/Customisation/Notification Settings/Client Notifications?
Also, I'm doing this through Stripe, and retries seem to be random, some 3 days, some 7days?? Is this settable somewhere?

the error should display to the client when trying to enter the payment and not let them continue until payment succeeded
why would you want them to get an email for each attempt?
what do you mean by retires? this sounds more of a stripe issue
if UCRM keeps retrying failing cards stripe will block your UCRM server

Sorry, to clarify all mine are subscriptions.
I have since found a setting in stripe that may send these out under Billing/Settings, so will test that now. thank you.
