I noticed that when i create a new subscription with Strip it shows that the card is charged on Stripe's end but not on UCRM. Is this normal?
For example a new client is added and services are created, along with the subscription. The invoice has yet to be created and the payment is not yet due, yet on Stripe's end it shows that the card has been charged. Is that how is it supposed to work?

Hello @sergiov87, if you selected current date as subscription start date, then it is indeed correct. The subscription options, that are currently in UCRM do not take invoices into account, they are purely date based. You start it on some date and you will get payments exactly at the chosen frequency.
Linked subscriptions only change their amount if the linked service's price is changed.
You should still see the payment in UCRM though, if you don't make sure you have your webhooks set up correctly. Check that made everything required from the Setting up Stripe guide (https://ucrm-demo.ubnt.com/help/setting-up-stripe), if you did, check the Stripe subscriptions troubleshooting guide (https://ucrm-demo.ubnt.com/help/troubleshooting#stripe-subscriptions).

Ok, yea that's what i've noticed. I just assumed that adding the payment information would only authorize it that way when the payment was actually due it would charge at that point.
