Open closed ticket if customer replies

Hello team. I have noticed on my system, if I close A ticket and customer respond to say the issue is not fixed. It will show the message in ticket but not change it from solved to open/pending. Is this normal or just my system? This would be A nice feature.

This feature is already enqueued on our todo list. Will try to squeeze it into v2.15

I recognise the same problem and need a fix for this asap pls. for the support time cycle it is very bad cause we dont know that they replied.
