Hello @SDH, do you have your UCRM domain set up correctly? Please check in System -> Settings -> Application.
Also make sure to try them when you are not logged in as admin, some of the links sent are pointing to Client Zone and thus will show either page not found or access denied when you are logged in as admin.
Hello @SDH, everything you sent me looks fine and it should work. Basically the only way how you can get the "Page not found" page in the password reset is that the client is either archived/deleted or that the reset token is no longer valid, i.e. another password reset was requested before you accessed the reset link.
Couple of questions:
- Do you have this problem with one client in particular or all of your clients?
- Is this just about the password reset link, or do you have the same problem with some other message as well? If you do, which message?
- Can you try logging out of UCRM and requesting the password reset via the login screen's reset link instead of via admin button?
