Port changing issues

My system was set up to use ports 8080 and 8081.
I wanted to change this, so I followed the steps, set forth in the following article:

https://help.ubnt.com/hc/en-us/articles/222250407

After doing so, I could not reach my server.  I had to change to the docker-compose.yml back to wat it was originally for me to get the interface to come back up.

I am using the server in a local environment, so firewall ports/settings have no bearing on the issue.  My docker-compose.yml looks like this (before the changes):

----------------------------------------------------------------------

web_app:
image: ubnt/ucrm-billing:latest
restart: always
env_file: docker-compose.env
links:
- postgresql
- elastic
volumes:
- ./data/ucrm:/data
ports:
- 8080:80
- 8081:81
command: "server"

----------------------------------------------------------------------

I changed it to:

-------------

ports:
- 80
- 81

-------------

and ran the [stop]  and [up -d] commands.

The interface never came up on port 80.  that's when I changed them back to the original setigns and re-ran the [stop] and [up -d] commands and it came back up for me on port 8080.
