Re: Scheduling user removal

You need to make a group that includes the permissions they need, and does not include the permissions they do not and assign them to that user group.

Re: Scheduling user removal

I did, it doesn't let the corporate profiles see any scheduling but the employees can still see the corp profiles.

Re: Scheduling user removal

I'm not sure I understand that last reply, could you clarify what you mean by that?

Re: Scheduling user removal

I made a user group for Corp Management that is set to disabled under scheduling so they can't see any scheduling since they don't want to0, but logged in as a office employee or tech you can still see the corp management group users in the scheduling.

Re: Scheduling user removal

Hi all

To add to this, perhaps changing the order of the user list could be looked into and perhaps a group separation line (service desk vs technicians vs management vs admins.

We're constantly having to scroll down based on the fact that the field service engineers who are generally scheduled for outside work were added last. It seems as though the sorting is purely based on the sequence of users created.

Is there perhaps a way of doing this now?

Re: Scheduling user removal

Hi, in 2.16.0-beta.1 we have added at least this improvement:
* Admins without permission to view scheduling are now not included in the scheduling timeline.

More upgrades are doable of course, but unfortunately, I can't promise any ETA for this. Please create a new feature request to help us prioritize this.
