Service Device Replacment Not Updating Mac Address

I replaced a horn on an antenna, obviously different mac address, told UCRM to re-download all information from that device cause I'm OCD. It didn't change the mac.

I wiped out the mac and told it to do it again. No love. It shows messages that it loves me and will do all that I ask, but alas, never does get the mac address.

Sets the QOS just fine though and that is a good thing.

@avolve what device type and OS version is it? And which UCRM version do you have? We will look into it.
Are you talking about a client's service device or network device?

Hi, we were not able to reproduce this. Are you sure you set "Ubiquiti airOS" as the vendor parameter of the CPE device in UCRM?

Re: Service Device Replacment Not Updating Mac Address

Never changed it......but now as I double check....it has the mac address. So it took quite some time to get that info for some reason after several "All possible information from the device will be downloaded to UCRM." is performed.
