Synchronizing Suspension ssh warning

I have followed all of the suggestions in the uCRM help menu and from previous posts on here, but nothing I do will synchronize suspensions on this EdgeMax router. All of our other sites are using Mikrotiks, and working beautifully. What am I missing? Please Help!error.PNG

We will check this out. Does it happen repeatedly? Maybe you ER was restarting or saving some info from the previous sync, so maybe it wasn't listening to the consequent ssh connect?

It's been happening continuously since March 7 when we installed it. I've rebooted the Router several times, but nothing seems to help. It's running v1.10.8.

You could probably try to sync only the Suspension rules (for example by turning the suspension on the router OFF and then ON again)

If that works, I'm going to be embarrassed.

I'm not embarrassed. It did the same thing. Any other ideas? Any place where I can read more informative logs?
