I have followed all of the suggestions in the uCRM help menu and from previous posts on here, but nothing I do will synchronize suspensions on this EdgeMax router. All of our other sites are using Mikrotiks, and working beautifully. What am I missing? Please Help!

It's been happening continuously since March 7 when we installed it. I've rebooted the Router several times, but nothing seems to help. It's running v1.10.8.

If that works, I'm going to be embarrassed.

I'm not embarrassed. It did the same thing. Any other ideas? Any place where I can read more informative logs?
