Turning ticket/job to invoice

Hi all, 


I'm writing here to ask how you actually turning a ticket  or job from schedule into invoice?


In term of billing we dont  need the technicians  to view billing information or prices and the goal is to have a way to transfer tickets or jobs to accounting department the process billing


Any ideas?

Hi, I would like to hear more about this process. Isn't it enough to just enable the technicians to create invoices with products and custom items? (without any linking of jobs, tickets to the invoice?)

Note that you can easily specify user's permissions, for example not to view billing but be able to create invoices.
