UCRM - Cannot sync Mikrotik

Hello I ´m having issues to sync my Mikrotik with UCRM. I can add the device and the connection it's successfully but the sync falis.

Ensure in IP->Services you've enabled the API (port 8728) as well as SSH for the given IP address.

 

in System->Users ensure the user belongs to a group wtih SSH and API access

 

UBNT, it would be useful if the error message indicated that the API couldn't be accessed.

Hi,
check the router has proper management IP and login, password configured + make sure the SSH access is enabled on the router and there are no firewall rules blocking the connection.

I already check the ip management. I made some test from another SSH client in order to test the conection and was successfully. There's any manual or example documentation?

 

I am getting the same error from UCRM.

it's working now. I forgot that I had configured a custom port for API service  I alredy change to the default port and works.
