Re: UCRM Mobile App released!!

[ Edited ]

Thanks for the answer

would be a good option if you could make payments from the app, so that the collectors can verify and make the immediate payment.

I would like to know why in ucrm web there is no registered traffic but in the app if there are?

Note: I do not use netflow. but it would be great that you can see in ucrm web as in the app.

I'm not sure I'm doing things right, it may be to give me a hand I need.
so I am configuring the router that is responsible for sending the internet to all the clients. Router TL-R470T+ add pic....

Re: UCRM Mobile App released!!

Hi,

your prinstcreen shows different app, not UCRM mobile app. That's why, you can see some traffic in the app, but not in UCRM web platform. UCRM gets traffic data from NetFlow, go the ucrm in-app guide, to get more info: http://ucrm-demo.ubnt.com/help/netflow

Re: UCRM Mobile App released!!

If you have installed UCRM on a local server, you should be able to access it on http://localhost/ If you configured some port, it will be for example: http://localhost:8080 read more https://help.ubnt.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000994708-UCRM-Installation-Guide

Re: UCRM Mobile App released!!

How about further integration with say Square or PayPal Here so that you can take credit card/debit card payments while out in the field?

Re: UCRM Mobile App released!!

Yes, some kind of mobile payments is in our scope. But we don't have an ETA for that. Feel free to create a new feature request and get as many votes as possible Man Happy

Btw, soon, we will release a new mobile app version with integrated Ticketing and Scheduling

Re: UCRM Mobile App released!!

@UBNT-Petr as soon as scheduling is in the app we will be able to test it with our technicians!

Ticketing would need to be for technical support address  before we can start to test that in the field. And in the desktop version IMAP for different email addresses (administration, sales and support).

Ubiquiti has been quiet on the IOS. Does that mean they do not plan to do that?

@sirthor

They will eventually release an iOS app for this but currently can't due to apple restrictions on beta software in the app store. It is currently not permitted by Apple. I am sure that once UCRM goes from a beta software to live. I am sure you can expect to see an iOS app. I am in the same boat.

https://developer.apple.com/testflight/

They could already have the app developed but just may not be able to release it.

Again this is just my speculation knowing how Apple is with the app store and trying to release apps. I have run into this same problem personally in the past.

Re: UCRM Mobile App released!!

iOS version is in our scope for sure. Unfortunately, no specific ETA so far.
There are lots of mobile apps that are desperately needed and which have higher priority.

Meanwhile, we can at least polish the android version. Feel free to share your thoughts and ideas for improvements.

What is higher priority than this? "money isn't the most important thing is the only thing"
