would be a good option if you could make payments from the app, so that the collectors can verify and make the immediate payment.
I would like to know why in ucrm web there is no registered traffic but in the app if there are?
Note: I do not use netflow. but it would be great that you can see in ucrm web as in the app.
I'm not sure I'm doing things right, it may be to give me a hand I need.

your prinstcreen shows different app, not UCRM mobile app. That's why, you can see some traffic in the app, but not in UCRM web platform. UCRM gets traffic data from NetFlow, go the ucrm in-app guide, to get more info: http://ucrm-demo.ubnt.com/help/netflow

is right the application thought it was of its authorship, pp is called Umobile, for ubiquiti devices. I always try to find the ubiquiti application that 99% of the computers they use in the son's red ubiquiti.

Would be great to add cash payments with the app as that will be my usage for it
now you can see most info but to add wire transfer or cash payments i still have to use my laptop/desktop as on cellphone there is no good resolution to access web and do it

@UBNT-Petr as soon as scheduling is in the app we will be able to test it with our technicians!
Ticketing would need to be for technical support address before we can start to test that in the field. And in the desktop version IMAP for different email addresses (administration, sales and support).

my guys use android, but i saw other guys from an ISP called Transtelco that all of their Techs and installers have iPhones, i was very surprised but yes there are companies using iPhones everywhere

They will eventually release an iOS app for this but currently can't due to apple restrictions on beta software in the app store. It is currently not permitted by Apple. I am sure that once UCRM goes from a beta software to live. I am sure you can expect to see an iOS app. I am in the same boat.
They could already have the app developed but just may not be able to release it.
Again this is just my speculation knowing how Apple is with the app store and trying to release apps. I have run into this same problem personally in the past.

There are lots of mobile apps that are desperately needed and which have higher priority.
Meanwhile, we can at least polish the android version. Feel free to share your thoughts and ideas for improvements.
