UCRM Not sending notifications when jobs or tickets are created

We just finally got out of Demo Mode we have Client Notifications turned off

 

 

I created a Job for my self and a Ticket for a customer

 

Neather send a Alert to my Email that A Job or a TIcket was created for me

 

 

What am I missing?

 

@UBNT-Petr really need help on this one starting to get a little scared all that work getting out of demo mode was for nothing

When an admin creates a ticket, notifications are not sent to administrators.

 

From the ticket help documentation.

 

Admin Notifications
Administrators are notified about a new ticket or a new ticket comment added by the client either from the client-zone contact form or through the email sent to the ticketing inbox. Note that notifications about a new ticket or a new ticket comment created by an administrator is never sent to administrators.

That's not going to work for small wisps like us all 4 of us are admins

we plan to improve the system notification config to give you more options and more control of what recipient or sender address is used for each notification. We could probably add a new option to send notifications about tickets created by admins but is that really important? If you think so, please craete a new feature request. You can also consider creating a job and assigning (schedule) it to some user. This job will then be visible in the user's scheduling timeline, in mobile app, and in google calendar (if the sync is set)

Yes it's imoimport for admins to get alerts and I'm shocked that's even a question

 

I'll make a new feature request Soon as I get time but

 

1: Admins should be alerted of tickets and jobs assigned to them

 

2: alert notice should pop up on phone from UCRM app
