UCRM Support

Questions about support. When we have closed a case and people then respond, it will not be opened again so we can see that people have the answer. Why don't all my admin automatically get an email when a new case comes in.

Hi, the automatic ticket reopening after a client's reply has been implemented in v2.15 (currently in beta, you can try it out in 2.15.0-beta3)
