Re: UCRM With Quickbooks online

[ Edited ]

Tried installing today. For some reason I am getting this error:

[error] Error for request https://app.ourdomain.com/api/v1.0/clients. Curl error 7: Failed to connect to app.ourdomain.com port 443: Operation timed out

I am able to ping the machine from a shell on the machine. (app.ourdomain.com is a placeholder, the correct machine name is in the real error message)

Re: UCRM With Quickbooks online

Additionally I am getting this error now. I believe I followed the installation instructions and I double checked that I followed the readme....

Re: UCRM With Quickbooks online

@synertic It seems that some more implementation might be needed for some countries. QB requires to push tax values along with the services. Please open a new topic for developers in the Plugin forum: https://community.ubnt.com/t5/UCRM-Plugins/bd-p/UCRMPlugins

@clarkraymond is your UCRM server using HTTPS correctly? Please check the ports and SSL used in the System > Settings.

Re: UCRM With Quickbooks online

The time stamp in the plugin log is off by 6 hours. Time zone is set within UCRM to mountain time

Hi Clark, the time on logs are alway show usong the server time and date. Habitualy you always set the server with the time zone UTC 0 and after you set you real time zone in your applications.

When manually issuing the curl command from within the docker it cannot connect. When issuing the curl command from the host machine there is no problem.

So the container cannot reach out:

* Trying xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx...
* TCP_NODELAY set
* connect to xx.xx.xx.xx port 443 failed: Operation timed out
* Failed to connect to ucrm.xxx.xxx port 443: Operation timed out
* Closing connection 0

Re: UCRM With Quickbooks online

Thanks Petr, I cannot successfully execute the curl command manually from within the docker. Turns out it is a firewall issue on the host box. Don't have it solved yet, but the OS guy will be back tomorrow and I am sure he will fix it.

Re: UCRM With Quickbooks online

We had to add an item to /etc/hosts for the ucrm server to make this work.
