UCRM doesnt not sync BLOCKED_USERS

I have suspened clients in UCRM, but both routers have no ip addresses in the blocked users group

 

UCRM can reach both routers 

 

and the device logs show both are being sync'd

@ase_tt Thank you, the problem is you don't have IP address filled in on the service device (CPE), you have only management IP there. Only IP addresses filled in in the IP addresses fields are used for suspension (the "+ IP address" button).

This is by design as you don't want the management IP blocked in most cases. If you have the "normal" IP address same as management IP, duplicate the values or don't use the management IP field.

Hello @ase_tt, can you please check, that you have suspension enabled in UCRM configuration (network -> devices -> edit) for the routers you want synced? (see attached screenshot)

 

If you do, please provide us with following information:

  1. what's your UCRM version?
  2. from what vendor are your routers and what firmware version are they running?

Yes suspension is enabled

 

UCRM 2.7.2

 

My edgerouter POE 1.9.7

and ERL is running hotfix 4

tried removing the devices and adding them back....still wont update the blocked users group

Hello @ase_tt, we are looking into it, but was not able to reproduce the issue.

Can you post screenshot of the device log? Can you post screenshot of the service detail page that is suspended and screenshot of the service device configuration under this service?

Similar issue here: UCRM 2.15.0 b5 + Mikrotik 6.41.3. When a user is suspended, in adress list of mkt appear the IP of blocked user. If from some reason, the adress list is deleted (voluntary or not), the UCRM does not update the list again. Only if you enter in the specified device and make "save" command. The "sync" command does not update blocked list users. can someone help me ? tks

The "sync" command for devices does not update blocked list users, only the "save" command does. How can I solve this please ? tks

@bdoru99 Hi, the "device sync" just loads info about devices to UCRM (not the opposite direction). The blocked list is synced whenever there is some event related to suspension (invoice overdue/paid, IP added to the device of a suspended client, etc)
