@Dp466 so far, we were not able to reproduce this error. Can you please try these to help us investigate the cause of this issue?
- try to export only one payment, (a test payment with), is this working?
- try to identify the existing payments which can't be exported. Do they come from some online gateway, API? Are there some special data stored on the payment?
you can also try to restart your UCRM.
cd /home/ucrm sudo docker-compose stop sudo docker-compose rm sudo docker-compose up -d

Now all download are stuck ....
i need to restart or update UCRM to be able to download again for 4-5 days ...
when it start to do it ... everyone and every payment are stuck
