Ca we use Shaper instead of advance queue for wisp user's plans? We want to offer at some location a plan min guaranteed speed (for example minimal speed of 3/1 Mbits) but have a ceiling at 90%. So if the user is alone, he can use the signal up to 90%. When we do some shaper rule, the UCRM update erase them and replace it with the static 10/4 plans.

you can combine your own shaping rules with the automatic shaping rules set by UCRM. The automatic ones have a description with "UCRM" prefix and only these are modified by UCRM. All other rules not having this prefix in the description are not affected by UCRM.
