client search

Hi,

We are on 2.15.0 beta5, and are having problems with searching clients by first or last names....some work, like Smith, but we have two of those in our system and search only brings one up....and other names don't even appear when typed in fully - first name or last name, or both.  I have tried the column re-order work-a-round from the earlier beta, but no joy.

I seem to remember a database issue-fix, but cannot find it around (if that is even the problem?).

Thanks.

Re: client search

Hello @tuckerdog , you can trigger the search index refresh by either restarting the UCRM container or by running the following command:

sudo docker exec -t ucrm_web_app_1 bash -c 'su-exec nginx /usr/src/ucrm/app/console fos:elastica:populate'

Re: client search

Hi @UBNT-Ondra ,

Rebooting the server didn't do it, your command did.

Will let you know if it happens again.

Thanks.

Re: client search

Hi @UBNT-Ondra ,

This problem has been on-going.

I have used your command a few times, now...am I having a database issue coming on?

Thanks.

Re: client search

No database issues but the elasticsearch (the index and search engine which lives outside your database) is encountering some problems on your machine, maybe insufficient memory? Anyway, the elasticsearch will be replaced by another less demanding search techniques in the new integrated UCRM version, so your problems will disappear soon.
