after further testing, any Gmail email i use to test with as a client will send to the "reply to "(support@imsystems..) just fine, however, the client with the yahoo email, will send to the reply to the first time, but after will send to the Ivan@ imsystems. ( not the correct email. ..) something with how UCRM talks to yahoo?

What exactly do you mean by "after"?
Don't forget, that as an administrator, you always need to add ticket comments through UCRM (not by replying to emails in your email client). And when you follow this, the proper email notification is sent to the client and it includes the "reply-to" header always. - If you think, the header is not there, please send us the email raw source of that email notification.

i have always as an admin replied through UCRM. and what i mean is that the Client Yahoo email will reply to the UCRM ticket via, Yahoo mail, the first reply, will rend to the correct (reply to) address, however, the yahoo client will send the 2nd, 3rd, and so on replies to the sender, not reply to.
do you have a yahoo email, maybe we can test this?
but as we still couldn't reproduce the error, please try it with this new version (when released) and let us know.
