new service on customer fails

Hi,

Im trying to add a service to new customer.

When entering IP address i get the following error: IP address x.x.x.x is already used on a service

I can't search service using IP.  Is it possible to export customers with service details or how can i find the already used IP.

Hope someone can help. I really need that service added

Thx

Re: new service on customer fails

The search index is probably outdated. If you are using the latest stable version, run this update command, which will restart your UCRM and builds the index, then try the search again:

cd /home/ucrm
curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Ubiquiti-App/UCRM/master/update.sh | sudo bash
