Detected Unsupported ONU(s)

Hello,

 

We are still experiencing issues with dropped ONT's. Its difficult to troubleshoot as the issue occurs intermittently. We have updated to the latest 3.0 firmware. You can see in the screen capture we receive a message from the OLT 'Detected Unsupported ONU'). It happens at the exact time there is a disconnect.

 

Not sure what else we can provide to troubleshoot further.

I see this a lot in our logs too. Seems odd that the only ONUs on the network are UBNT, but it detects "unsupported" ones.
