I tried to add a /24 block of devices. It discovered that several needed firmware updates. It managed to upgrade all of them, but then failed "Connection attempt has failed" and never connected anything to the UNMS system.
Logs hae nothing.... what now?
@mhoppes Hello Matt. I understand that you are convinced that there is nothing in the logs but I need to ask you to send them to us anyway. We will need complete support info files from both UNMS and any affected device. Please, send those files to the email radek.skrivan(at)ubnt.com, and include your forum name and URL of this thread in the message.
