UNMS 0.13: Where is the "Reset UNMS key button?"

[ Edited ]

I upgraded several routers to EdgeOS 1.10.7.  Some of the devices no longer indicate they have any interfaces, and do not respond to management directives (terminal, reboot, etc) from UNMS.

UNMS lists the devices as "Active."  The devices do not go offline when I turn them off.  I therefore cannot remove them from UNMS.

I also tried deleting the UNMS key from a device and set the UNMS service to disabled (CLI).  No change.

I then tried to re-add the device by re-enabling the service and updating the local key on the device.

Now, in UNMS, there is a little red triangle enxt to the device in teh Devices table, telling me "Connection failed.  Try using Reset UNMS key button which is in device-> Settings-> UNMS-> Troubleshooting."

I would do so if I could find this.

Where is it?

Re: UNMS 0.13: Where is the "Reset UNMS key button?"

I noticed from the first screenshot above that 013.1-alpha.1 was available.

I installed 0.13.1-alpha.1 over my 0.13 beta and the problem disappeared, in addition to the devices with missing interfaces appeareing normally again.  Apaprently, something was fixed.

Cheers!

Re: UNMS 0.13: Where is the "Reset UNMS key button?"

@Andrea_Galileo  Hello Andrea. Your device seems to have issues with updating its status. Would you please send me support info files from both UNMS and the device? Please, send those files to the email radek.skrivan(at)ubnt.com, and include your forum name and URL of this thread in the message. After you take the files you can try to restart your UNMS, it may cause the device to become disconnected this enabling the button.
