Welcome to the UBNT Community!

 

Problem could be that you enter not valid email, or not working Mail Server in UNMS.

To see the list of existing users in UNMS, run the the following command on the UNMS host machine:

 

sudo docker exec -ti unms ./setpwd.sh

@deonsfactory1  Hello Deon. The most likely cause of this situation is the configuration of your SMTP. I would suggest solving this issue exactly as @MajoV  described.
