Built in Let's Encrypt support when http port is different from 80

It's not that uncommon people have UNMS on different port than 80. I suggest simple "if" condition - when UNMS HTTP port is not 80, start built in Let's Encrypt with parameter --standalone.

To bypass this I just set-up port forwarding from port 80 external to UNMS port internal and it worked like a charm. Disabled the rule after and will have to re-enable when its time for a renewal (90 days)
