Digital Ocean Install - No Devices Appear

I first tested this setup on a Ubuntu VM locally hosted in our NOC. It worked on a couple devices.

I created a new UNMS on Digital Ocean giving it a hostname (https://unms.32waves.com).

I copied the key over to a couple AC radios we have in the feild (up to date at 8.3). However, they never appear in the system. I checked paths and the radios have no problem reaching the DO container at the Hostname or the IP. But neither work to get the radios attached to the DO UMNS.

Any ideas where to start?

Re: Digital Ocean Install - No Devices Appear

Turns out it was a Time error on the SSL exchange. Turned on the NTP client and everything checked in fine.

Thanks for the guidance.

@colter

Hi Colter could you please send me email (jindrich.flidr@ubnt.com) with you device logs (EdgeRouter - /var/log/unms.log, airMAX - /var/log/messages)? I will check it. Thank you.
