Over the last few years, we've been working to build a support infrastructure for all of our customers worldwide. For the last two years we've provided 24/7 technical support via email every day of the year (including holidays). It has been a major success, and with the thousands of emails we get weekly, we are able to maintain a > 90% satisfaction rating from our customers. Today, we're hoping to improve that even further...
We're happy to announce the launch of our new 24/7/365 Live Chat Support, available in our Help Center (https://help.ubnt.com), online store, and very soon in-app live chat support.
We've been operating live chat for the last few months and from what we've seen so far, it's a very positive experience for our customers. We are providing support in any language to customers around the world at all hours of the day.
With the launch of our new Live Chat support options, we hope to reinforce our commitment to providing industry-leading technical support for our customers around the world.
