by Deleted Account ‎12-01-2015 09:49 AM - edited ‎12-01-2015 10:15 AM

Hi All,

Over the last few years, we've been working to build a support infrastructure for all of our customers worldwide. For the last two years we've provided 24/7 technical support via email every day of the year (including holidays). It has been a major success, and with the thousands of emails we get weekly, we are able to maintain a > 90% satisfaction rating from our customers. Today, we're hoping to improve that even further...

We're happy to announce the launch of our new 24/7/365 Live Chat Support, available in our Help Center (https://help.ubnt.com), online store, and very soon in-app live chat support.

We've been operating live chat for the last few months and from what we've seen so far, it's a very positive experience for our customers. We are providing support in any language to customers around the world at all hours of the day.

With the launch of our new Live Chat support options, we hope to reinforce our commitment to providing industry-leading technical support for our customers around the world.

If you have any questions or feedback, let us know!

-Matt

Matt,

This is great.  This is definitely something customers look for when deciding on a manufacturer/product!  Way to go guys!

<Puts on Uncle Joe Biden mask> <whispers into Matt's ear> This is an Effin' Big Deal!

But shouldn't it be 24/7/52? Or 24/365?

Great announcement. Love it.

Sorry to nitpic ... but

  • The text says "At this time we're only providing support for UniFi and airMAX, but more products will be supported soon!". But that is not strictly correct as there are no menu options covering any UniFi products except UniFi-Wireless. (e.g. UniFi-VoIP, UniFi-Routing & Switching, ..)
  • The Pulldown menu has this option: UniFi-WiFi. All other places on ubnt.com refer to that product range as UniFi-Wireless. [Personally - I MUCH prefer UniFi-WiFi .... but just pointing out the inconsistency]

can you explain how to choice best channel in rocket m5

by
on ‎12-04-2015 06:18 AM

@moustafaa

Do you read any replies that are made or any advice given? It is like you are talking to yourself in a one sided conversation. The panel you are entering text into is not the live chat facility.

This is not the place for your dedicated query.

Please start a thread with your problem in the relevant forum and we will gladly assist you or go to Live Chat support..

I just noticed this showed up in the unifi 4.8.7 rc.. How do you turn it OFF?? While chat is nice, I will go to your support site if I want to chat... I sure in the hell don't need a chat window sitting there in my controller software -- with no way to turn it off even hide it?
by
on ‎12-05-2015 07:12 AM

Why don't you go into chat and ask. Smiley Happy
