TOTP / Multi-factor Authentication

Submitted by -
Status: Implemented

Multi-factor authentication with TOTP (what Google Authenticator and others use) would be a nice addition to the controller software for extra security. If implemented I'd like to see multiple tokens supported per login (different devices, backup devices, etc) as well as the 'recovery codes' you see with other providers (Google Accounts).

Couldn't agree more. Please make it standard with TOTP so we can use any number of the third party apps that we want to do it.

Multi-factor authentication of some sort would be awesome! I'm considering hosting a controller in the cloud and this would just make me feel better about the security of it.

There is some movement in this direction?

Please add Google 2FA. w/o 2FA, I don't feel safe enabling cloud managment.
