I have a CKG2+ and a G3 Flex. I have no trouble accessing Unifi Protect via a web browser and using it to watch live and recorded video. However, when I try and use the Unifi Protect iPhone app it seems to log in successfully, but just goes to a screen showing the CKG2+. Clicking on that goes through the same process again, ending in the same place never offering any indication there is a camera attached or recorded video.
Has anyone had any sort of success with the iPhone app? Is there something obvious I am overlooking?

I have no problems with the app. I have CKG2+ set up with a mix of regular G3's, a couple G3 Flex's and a couple Pro's. I'm able to access the Cloudkey and cameras from my iPhone X as well as my iPad. I'm far from an expert at this stuff but I would try going into the CK settings then disable and re-enable cloud access. If that doesn't work I would take a look at the online user guide for the CK and go through the steps of setting up cloud access again from step one.

Hi there finish setting up my UniFi Protect I can see it at the web portal https://protect.ui.com using chrome
But I cannot use my iPhone app it’s stall alil but and then it restarts again
