Can you share some details?  What is the error message?  Can you post a screenshot?

And it's safe to assume that the CK+ has unrestricted internet access?

It is the outbound access that is brought into question, not the inbound.  The cloud key needs to have unlimited outbound access to the internet.

Re: Not enable Cloud Acess on Unifi Protect v1.6.0 (RELEASE) !

Well, the first thing we need to figure out is why the time is off.  A simple reboot may fix that, or there may be something else at play.  NTP is most certainly not working.  Time, believe it or not, has a lot to do with internet access.  A time differential of that amount will fail almost all SSL connections.

If you can provide myself or @UBNT-Cody  with TeamViewer credentials via PM, we can take a look.

Re: Not enable Cloud Acess on Unifi Protect v1.6.0 (RELEASE) !

I agree, the question is very simple, We have NVR of ubiquiti using Unifi Video and Cloud Key (1 gen) using Unifi, we are migrating to Cloud Key Gen 2 Plus, the settings are correct, we first did the NVR Backup and restored in the Cloud Key Gen 2 Plus, but before that we could not activate the cloud in Gen 2 Plus, after backing up the NVR in Gen 2 plus we realized that the cameras were not recording, I did the procedure reported in the forum and still it does not record , so I researched the camera and adopted again, it still does not record! the NVR is on schedule and the cloud also connects! but in Gen 2 even though the settings are made correctly it does not work the cloud, the cameras are not recording and the time is also not working and it is on the same network as the other devices I mentioned that are working correctly! I connected in Gen 2 plus via SSH, I did connectivity tests and everything is ok, it is upgraded to firmware v0.92 and Unifi Protect v.161

I suspect the cameras are recording, but the recordings are being stored with a date that is about a week old. If you were to check events for the past month, you will likely find recent recordings that are showing as a week old.

Could you SSH into the CloudKey and run this command, then share the output here?

timedatectl

Inexplicably without having done anything, after the previous request to enter the command: "timedatectl", everything is working ...... Cameras are recording and the cloud is enabled!

From what I saw this happened some time ago, because it has recorded for more than 1 day!
