I can't live with the 1250 hours of video storage that the stock CK2+ provides.
What is the largest HDD available and that is recommended.
I hear a lot about some model of 5TB Seagate drive, and then people warn that some 5TB Seagate models use overlapping tracks, making them very slow once the drive completely fills up.
What is the biggest, highest performance drive available for the CK2+...I am not after the cheapest...I would like the biggest and highest performance drive.
AFAIK no drive manufacturer uses anything but SMR on >2TB 2.5" form factor drives so you'll run into the same potential issues regardless of manufacturer. Seagate have been using SMR longer than anyone else so they may have better methods of handling the potential issues.
