Can't access devices in other VLAN.

Hi Guys

already contacted Ubnt support, but the communication goes too slow. Can anybody help with the following:

We had 5 VLAN's:

Native (1)

Management (18)

Showroom (19)

Security (20)

Guest (30)

Phones (40)

I am not able to visit any management page from any device. For example, our recorder for the cameras is on 192.168.20.20 (VLAN20), I can access this page when my PC is connected to VLAN20, but I can not access the page when I am in VLAN18. Also I am not able to ping the devices.

That is the case for all the devices. What am I doing wrong?

I am having this issue as well.

Did you ever get a response from Ubiquiti Support?

Hi Spedrick

Still no solution. We installed the same gateways for customers, and we don't have these problems. So this seems like a bug on some devices.

Re: Can't access devices in other VLAN.

I had the same problem.

Networks/VLANs "all" is not working (for me).

I can access the devices by assigning the specific port(s) on the switch to the vlan, my webcams are running.

Re: Can't access devices in other VLAN.

Most likely a bug on the switch, or on the router?

I  might return/replace it since I just got the parts.
